ATAG has a Board of Directors, which provides guidance and strategic advice to ATAG throughout the year. The ATAG Board adopts the association's budget, policies and strategies, as well as the resolutions to be submitted to the ATAG General Assembly. It also appoints the Executive Director.
Members of the Board of Directors are elected for three years by the General Assembly, following the Board's proposal. In the event of vacancies, the Board designates new members, subject to confirmation by the next General Assembly.
