The ATAG Board adopts the association's budget, policies and strategies, as
well as the resolutions to be submitted to the ATAG General Assembly. It also
appoints the Executive Director.
- The members of the Board are elected for three years by the General Assembly, following the Board's
proposal.
- In the event of vacancies, the Board designates new members, subject to
confirmation by the next General Assembly.
