  • 20 April 2011: In this letter to the editor of The Ecologist magazine, Paul Steele explains why environmental campaigners should be working with the aviation industry to ensure sustainability of biofuels, creating a vital source of new income for the people they aim to help. He says that biofuels make up a very important part of the aviation carbon reduction story and "we are determined to do a good job in using this fuel source, right from the start".
